Terms and Conditions

Our Goal:

IL Papiro takes pride in its product and wants a happy customer! If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly so that we can remedy the situation promptly. Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service.

Orders:

Online orders are typically processed and shipped between 2-3 business days via UPS or USPS. We try our best to keep popular items in stock, but from time to time, especially during Holidays, items can be on backorder. Backorders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive from Italy. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping:

IL Papiro uses USPS and Fedex for shipping all orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking number for your order and estimated delivery date. We pack all items securely and make sure every item is in excellent condition before shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us by email and keep all original packing. Contact the shipping company directly to put in a claim. You will have to send back to them the item in its original packaging for a refund. They will contact us for the item amount according to insurance on the item prior to shipping. Promotional shipping online is by the least expensive carrier and does not apply to phone orders or special orders. International shipping is available. Please call for International shipping  fees and regulations.

Return Policy:

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund in original packaging. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a credit to your credit card. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items returned for exchange to another color or item will incur a  shipping charge. Used, opened or out of original packaging or final sale items cannot be returned. Special orders and personalized orders are non refundable.

Special Orders:

Special orders require a 50% deposit. Since these orders are processed by Italy, once order is approved via jpeg, or printing proof they are considered a sale and are not refundable. Once you approve a proof, it is not our responsibility if there is an error or if you want a change or you missed a correction. We try our best to make sure this does not occur, so please be clear on all proofs for changes or typographical errors. If a second proof is requested a charge of $20.00 will be added. Any existing promotions do not qualify for special orders or phone orders, that includes free shipping.

Privacy Policy:

IL Papiro takes your privacy and personal information very seriously. We do not sell, use or share your personal information with any third party. The information we collect is used solely for order processing and shipping. Your credit card information is not saved. Your credit card information is encrypted via SSL certificate we use for your security.
